around our Customer Care System. The following graphic
shows a general description of how our process works:
Customer Needs Analysis
Through smooth contact with clients, ALC project
manager knows exactly our clients' needs. We then
quickly make a requirement list and ask our clients
to confirm the list. The process is repeated until
a final requirement is reached.
Project Deployment
Our PM organizes the dedicated project team that
is composed of translators, editors, proofreaders
and QA specialists. PM announces the client requirement
to all the members of the team, and initializes the
project as soon as possible.

At ALC, project implementation is:

QA System
At ALC, QA is not a standalone stage; it is integrated
with whole project process. For details, please see

Project Delivery and Archiving
At this stage, PM conducts the final checking, virus
scanning, and packaging the deliverables, and then
delivers the final product to clients. A copy of the
product is kept in a client-specific place and protected
by password. Clients' documents are strictly controlled
according to ALC confidential regulations (see CR.doc).
Customer Satisfaction
This is always the core of our service. ALC will
ensure and maximize customer satisfaction through
our dedicated service.
